Leave the set-up and managing the day to day to us
After purchase, our designers will furnish the property to receive your guests, and our property manager will list it on the major short-term rental websites. Communication with guests and maintenance will be handled by our property managers. You will only pay 20% monthly fees for property management with no set up cost
When you are ready to sell your short-term rental to reinvest in another opportunity
